Great facilities and beautiful scenery, definitely impressed by the stunning villas and peaceful landscaping. The boat tour was a great way to see the surroundings, and the food was tasty with a good blend of local and western options.
The service overall let the experience down. The staff was polite but not genuine, lacking the attention to detail and sincerity that was expected from a hotel of this level.

This hotel was the perfect location for our Christmas getaway. The pool area was clean and offered stunning views of the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the hot springs and the delicious breakfast offerings. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions.
The wifi was not up to par and we had trouble connecting in our room. some of the staff's English skills were lacking and we had difficulty communicating at times.

I recently stayed at Pristine Lotus Resort for a week-long trip and it was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to help us book a unique tour to Loikaw, making sure we had all the necessary arrangements in place. The resort itself is a peaceful oasis, away from the main tourist areas, and provided a great base for exploring the region. The layout is beautiful and the staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The highlight for me was the amazing views from the bathtub and the delicious food. I also highly recommend trying out the on-site spa for a relaxing massage. a wonderful experience.
Can just recommend this hotel.

The Bar/Lounge area offers unique drinks that will leave you wanting more. The Swimming pool affords gorgeous views and the perfect opportunity to soak up the sun. There was only one minor issue. The Breakfast could have had a more extensive selection.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with spacious boat-themed rooms. The sunken bath in the room added a unique touch. The staff were kind and accommodating, and the breakfast was perfect. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we highly recommend this hotel. it was a memorable and enjoyable experience.

We had the time of our lives exploring the amazing places around. We went to this heaven on earth, where we canoed, cycled, and walked through the lush countryside. It felt like we were in a dream, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and breathtaking views. And let me tell you, the Unique Leg Rower's Racing was out of this world! We witnessed long boats manned by a hundred leg rowers in colorful costumes, racing against each other like they were in the Olympics. It was insane! And to top it off, the festival of the Pagoda in October featured the most spectacular boat races you can imagine. It was like being in a movie. We felt so lucky to be part of such an incredible experience!
The only thing we wished for as young, party-going people was a vibrant nightlife scene near the resort. We had an absolute blast during the day, but when the sun went down, we were craving some youthful energy and excitement.

We loved the amazing staff who were very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and had a nice cool swimming pool. The location was on the actual lake which provided breathtaking views. The free bikes provided made it easy for us to ride along the low traffic road.
No issues with this hotel, highly recommended.

The serene and peaceful set-up just off the main lake is a real highlight. Accommodations are tastefully decorated, spacious, and with top-notch amenities. The bathroom is particularly luxurious, often sunken and comes with a private patio. The service is impeccable and the breakfast offers a good variety. The resort boasts of good facilities, including a large swimming pool, spa treatments, and external jacuzzi with natural hot spring water, as mentioned by past guests.
The wifi is restricted to certain areas of the hotel, as mentioned by previous guests, causing slight inconvenience.
